We love bringing people together, supporting local makers and artists and shopping for vintage. So, with a perfectly positioned and underutilized parking lot adjacent to our building, we set out to put together The Downtown Alley Flea Market. Every month from March - October, on the second Saturday, we curate folks of all kinds selling their wares at the very first flea market in Vancouver, Washington!
The parking lot fills with 30 vendors, a live (local) artist, bubbles, chalk art and really good vibes. Additionally, we have several pop-up vendors down in the basement, a place to chill in our courtyard and lots to see in the shop of course.

FAQ's:
When is the event? We host this event every second Saturday of the month from March - October.
Is it rain or shine? Yep!
Are dogs allowed? Outside, absolutely! We love to see your furry friends at the flea! Keep in mind that others are joining us as well so if your pal isn't too social, it may not be a good fit for them.
Where do I park? Parking is free on the weekends - and the downtown area is super walkable. There is a parking garage on 5th & Broadway as well as lots of street parking options. Keep in mind that the farmers market is also happening so you're best bet is to steer clear of Esther Short park.
Is there a public restroom? Yes! We have a restroom available, and several of our neighbors do as well. We also have a water station available.
Is there food? We do sometimes have a food vendor. In the event that we don't we have LOTS of options near us - Little Conejo, Nonavo Pizza, Brewed, Slow Fox Chili, etc. Support your local restaurants!
Do you provide a list of vendors? We do! You can see a list of the vendors by month HERE.
How do I sign up to be a vendor? Please apply HERE to be a vendor.
How do I sign up to be a musician? Please send us an email! We'd love to chat with you.
Is it wheelchair accessible? We ensure there's plenty of space in the parking lot but the lot itself does have quite an uneven surface. We're doing our best to get this fixed but to date, it's not been addressed by our landlord.
